Delivery & Returns

Small orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel service 3 – 5 days, larger orders by courier on a next  working day service. If there is no one to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address, please provide details of a safe place or alternative address close by where the goods may be left. If goods are left at your request and subsequently go missing we regret that neither we nor our couriers can accept responsibility.   Please enter details under “delivery instruction” at check out

For orders between £0.00 and £25.00 – £4 per order

For orders between £25.01 upwards  – £12 per order

Remoter parts of Scotland may incur a surcharge, please check via our contact page.

All breakages must be notified within 24hrs of delivery

Returns Policy

All Chilton Liqueurs products should reach you in perfect condition, however if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days.  All return postage and packaging is the resposibility of the purchaser whereby Chilton Liqueurs would recommend proof of postage be obtained.  Once returned items have been received by Chilton Liqueurs a full refund of the purchase price excluding postage will be reimbursed via the original payment method used by the purchaser.
