Delivery Information

Small orders will be sent by Royal Mail parcel service 3-5 days, larger order by couriers on a next working day service.  If no one is in to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address, please provide details of a safe place or alternative address close by where goods can be left.  If goods are left at your request and subsequently go missing we regret that neither we nor our couriers can except responsibility.  If incorrect delivery details are entered and subsequently order go missing we cannot accept responsibility.

Delivery Charges

For orders between £0 and £25 – £8 per order

For orders between £25.01 upwards – £12 per order

Remoter parts of Scotland may incur a surcharge, please check via our contact page.

All breakages must be notified within 24hrs of delivery

Returns Policy

All Chilton Liqueurs products should reach you in perfect condition, however if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days.  All return postage and packaging is the resposibility of the purchaser whereby Chilton Liqueurs would recommend proof of postage be obtained.  Once returned items have been received by Chilton Liqueurs un-opened and in good condition a full refund of the purchase price excluding postage will be reimbursed via the original payment method used by the purchaser.

Payment & Pricing

Payment will be accepted by debit card (Switch, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Electron), credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or charge card (American Express). All credit and charge card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In addition, as extra fraud protection, the Company may (but is not obliged to) make extra checks on the names and addresses given in the order process against commercially available records such as Electoral Roll data. We may need to contact you again to verify details before we deliver, and will not be held responsible for any delay so caused.Prices are given per bottle , 70cl, or as otherwise listed. Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of products offered and correct pricing, mistakes can occur. If a product is accidentally offered at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse to supply at the incorrect price and will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the sale at the correct price. If we make a time-limited offer, any date given will be a guide only and we will not be obliged to fulfil orders up to that date. We reserve the right to change any price or offer without notice.
