Sweet Damson Vinegar
Chilton Sweet Damson Vinegar is produced from local Shropshire Prune Damsons that have been steeped in red wine vinegar for several months. It is then filtered, sweetened and bottled to produce a rich flavoursome and very fresh tasting vinegar. It can be used as an alternative to balsamic, in dressings, drizzled over roasted vegetables or grilled cheese, stirred into meat juices and even served with sparkling water for a long refreshing drink!
