All Chilton Liqueurs products should reach you in perfect condition, however if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days.  All return postage and packaging is the responsibility of the purchaser whereby Chilton Liqueurs would recommend proof of postage be obtained.  Once returned items have been received by Chilton Liqueurs  a full refund of the purchase price excluding postage will be reimbursed via the original payment method used by the purchaser.
